At ENTREEL LTD, we take pride in delivering your order with the same care we put into crafting it. Every piece is carefully packaged and shipped to ensure it arrives beautifully. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
During busy periods (holiday seasons, sales, or new collection launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination:

Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, the order will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@entreelltd.shop.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.
6. Shipping Delays
Although we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Carrier-related issues
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Peak shopping periods
ENTREEL LTD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. If you do not wish to re-ship, a refund will be issued for the order value (excluding original shipping costs).
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, ENTREEL LTD is not liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbours
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
- Reviewing any delivery photos provided by the carrier
If your tracking shows your package has not been delivered but the carrier claims otherwise, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@entreelltd.shop. Include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging
- Clear photos of the damaged product(s)
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it at support@entreelltd.shop. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

11. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split deliveries.
12. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are currently able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States via standard shipping. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for these addresses.
13. Shipping Restrictions
Some countries or regions may have restrictions on the import of certain products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are allowed in their country. ENTREEL LTD is not responsible for products that cannot be delivered due to local regulations.
