Return & Refund Policy

At ENTREEL LTD, every piece is crafted with care and intended to become a lasting part of your wardrobe. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to make things right. Please review our policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and protective dust bags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Cosmetic bags that have been used or damaged
  • Pyjamas and intimate apparel once unsealed
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalised or engraved items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@entreelltd.shop within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, ENTREEL LTD will cover the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@entreelltd.shop. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank, as there is often processing time involved

10. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.

11. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
