Orders
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Browse our collection, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request changes or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@entreelltd.shop. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to make changes.
How do I know my order was successful?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived, contact our support team.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Every ENTREEL order arrives beautifully packaged — because we believe the unboxing experience should feel just as special as the piece inside. We also offer dedicated gift wrap options for that extra-luxurious touch.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your location:
- USA Standard: 3–7 business days
- USA Express: 2–3 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–21 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on US orders over $80. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. International delivery times and costs vary by destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and household members first. Then contact the carrier to file a claim. If you still need help, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for US customers on eligible items. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please email us at support@entreelltd.shop to begin the return process.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@entreelltd.shop within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Can I return items from a sale?
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they're defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@entreelltd.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

Are your products authentic?
Yes — every piece sold on entreelltd.shop is 100% authentic. We carefully curate and verify our collection to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.
How do I care for my scarf or Twilly?
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand-washing in cool water with mild detergent. Avoid wringing — instead, lay the scarf flat to dry. Store rolled rather than folded to prevent permanent creases.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, lotions, and direct sunlight. Store each piece individually in a soft pouch or our ENTREEL jewellery box to prevent scratches. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.
Will an item be restocked if it's sold out?
Some collections are restocked regularly, while others are seasonal and limited. If an item is sold out, sign up for our newsletter or contact us at support@entreelltd.shop to be notified when or if it returns.
Do the colours on screen match the actual product?
We photograph our products under natural lighting to ensure accuracy. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and device calibration. If you have any concerns, reach out before purchasing.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout uses SSL encryption to protect your information, and all payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We never store your full payment card details on our servers.
What currency are prices displayed in?
Prices are displayed in USD by default. Your card will be charged in USD, and your bank will apply any applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable local tax laws.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field before completing your payment. Only one discount code may be used per order.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your favourites, and check out faster next time.
How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
Scroll to the footer of any page and enter your email in the newsletter signup. You'll be the first to know about new collections, exclusive offers, and styling inspiration.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us at support@entreelltd.shop and we'll remove you from our list.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password within a few minutes.
